Belle Plaine Public Library in cooperation with Bartlett Arboretum steward Robin Macy have installed a StoryWalk® on the Arboretum grounds. Visitors to the Arboretum are invited to walk the tree path along the back east side of the property and read the story mounted along the way. The story will change each year for different events and activities so be sure to visit it often.  The Bartlett Arboretum is open to the public most days through the spring, summer and fall, if planning a group visit or coming from a further distance contact the Arboretum through their website at http://www.bartlettarboretum.com/home.

Here are photos of the first story that was installed in July of 2016.

The StoryWalk® idea was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, Vermont and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
