Kids will explore science careers and practice real science techniques as they investigate different forms of energy and use the principles of physics to solve real-world problems. These activities aim to help kids understand how energy moves, transforms, and shapes the world around them.

🖍️Creation station from 4:00pm-5:00pm. We have Lego’s, coloring, origami, quilling, and more! This program is appropriate for kids ages 6 and up!🖍️

🏆Prize week for our summer reading program starts today! We will draw 2 prizes a day with one winner for each prize! Our prizes include, coloring books, a 500 piece Lego set, a rice cooker, a hot dog roller, a Squishmellow, a screwdriver and bit set, a fishing pole, glow stars, and a drink mixer! Tuesday the 25th:

🎭PVTC – Paradise Valley Theater Company from 1:00pm-2:00pm. This week we will be playing theater games. This is a program hosted by your interim director, River Shields! This program is aimed at ages 8-14, but all are welcome! To all who attend this event, we will serve snow cones afterward.🎭

🎲Kid, tween, and teen open hour from 4:00pm-5:00pm. Play games, study, or just hangout! There are only 2 computers here for kids to use, so you are encouraged to bring your own device. This program is appropriate for ages 6 and up. 🎲

Board meeting at 6:00pm. This meeting will be held at the Belle Plaine Public Library and will be open to the public.

📚Storywalk at 4:00pm at the Bartlett Arboretum. Join us for a family friendly evening! Read the new storywalk book, A Tallgrass Prairie Alphabet,  and explore the arboretum grounds. When you registered for summer reading you were given a Storywalk family pass. This allows you to enter the arboretum for free. You must have this pass with you and present it at the Arboretum gate to get in free.📚
