Sunday the 25th:
📚Storywalk at 4:00pm at the Bartlett Arboretum. Join us for a family friendly evening! Read the new storywalk book, A Tallgrass Prairie Alphabet, and explore the arboretum grounds. When you registered for summer reading you were given a Storywalk family pass. This allows you to enter the arboretum for free. You must have this pass with you and present it at the Arboretum gate to get in free.📚
Monday the 26th:
💕Kids come and go crafts available all day! This week we are making love bug clips. These crafts will be available to do in the library or to take home to do later. 💕
🖍️Creation station from 4:00pm-5:00pm. We have Lego’s, coloring, origami, quilling, and more! This program is appropriate for kids ages 6 and up!🖍️



Tuesday the 27th:
🎭PVTC – Paradise Valley Theater Company at 1:00pm. This week we are playing theater games. This program is aimed at ages 8-14 but all ages are welcome! This is a program hosted by your interim director River Shields. 🎭
🖥️Kid, tween, and teen open hour from 4:00pm-5:00pm. Play games, study, or just hangout! There are only 2 computers here for kids to use, so you are encouraged to bring your own device. This program is appropriate for ages 6 and up.🖥️
📌Board meeting at 6:00pm. This meeting will be held at the Belle Plaine Public Library and will be open to the public. 📌


Wednesday the 28th:
👕Tie-dye at the library from 1:00pm-2:00pm. We will have bandanas to tie-dye at the library, but you are welcome to bring 1 piece of white clothing to tie-dye. This event is open to all summer reading registrants. 👕

Thursday the 29th:
🫙Adult and teen come and go craft available all day! This week we are making self affirmation jars.🫙
📿Perler bead club from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Perler Beads are plastic fusible beads. The beads are arranged on pegboards to form patterns and then fused together with an iron by a library assistant. This program is appropriate for kids ages 8 and up.📿

📕Tammy Hader’s book release at the Library at 6:30pm. Join us for a classy evening where Tammy will read excerpts from her book, and answer questions from the crowd while we will enjoy some food and beverages. This event is for ages 18 and up.📕


Friday the 30th:
📖Storytime at 1:00pm. Read stories and sing songs with us. This program is aimed at ages 0-8. 📖
🐉The Dragons of the Caribbean – Dungeons and Dragons club from 3:30pm-5:30pm. This program is appropriate for ages 11-15. There is a 15-person limit, so you need to register in advance for this club.Information on how to contact us is in the flyer below.🐉
