Local Library Line-up!
Monday the 6th:
Storytime at 10:30am. Read stories and sing songs with us! This program is aimed at kids ages 0-8.
Roblox tween table from 4:00pm-5:00pm. There are only 2 computers here for kids to use, so you are encouraged to bring your own device. This program is appropriate for ages 8-12!
Tuesday the 7th:
Kid, tween, and teen open hour from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Play games, study, or just hangout! There are only 2 computers here for kids to use, so you are encouraged to bring your own device. This program is appropriate for ages 6 and up.
Wednesday the 8th:
Kid, tween, and teen open hour from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Play games, study, or just hangout! There are only 2 computers here for kids to use, so you are encouraged to bring your own device. This program is appropriate for ages 6 and up.
Thursday the 9th:
Perler bead club from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Perler Beads are plastic fusible beads. The beads are arranged on pegboards to form patterns and then fused together with an iron by a library assistant. This program is appropriate for kids ages 8 and up.
Friday the 10th:
Dragons of the Caribbean – Dungeons and Dragons club from 3:30pm-5:30pm. This program is appropriate for ages 11-15. There is a 15-person limit, so you need to register in advance for this club. Information on how to contact us is in the flyer below.
Other events:
Check out our book club. This month we are discussing the book Just Haven’t met you yet by Sophie Cousens.
Sign-up for adult craft night. This month we are making mason jar snowman. You need to register in advance for this event.To register please call 620-488-3431, email bplib@sktc.net or message us over Facebook.
Due to staffing shortages, effective October 16th (Until further notice) the library will be open, Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 3pm-8pm, Wednesday 2pm-6pm,Thursday 3pm-8pm, and Friday 2pm-6pm.
